Submission: Submit completed form, transcripts/school cards to info@scholarrise.org (Please use active email address and submit your form in either Word or PDF format.)
Admission: If admitted, sign service agreement and pay tuition.

Minimum Requirements for Applying to Research Practicum:

Read, speak and write in English at an academically fluent level.
Be able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per week.
Have a passion for a particular field and (where applicable) the necessary prerequisites / background required for a particular practicum.
